Shipping & Delivery

Q. Within how many days can I expect the delivery to take place?
A. We ship the orders ASAP and you may expect them to knock your door within 2-3 working days if you are located in a major city and within 6-10 days if you are a remote client.
For gift orders and pre made bundles, we ship the packages within 1-3 business days of ordering. Please let us know in advance if you would like us to wait until a specific date. Also, we welcome all kinds of shipping instructions to enhance the receiver’s experience.

Q. Do you charge any shipping fee?
A. We charge a very nominal amount for individual orders that you place on the ‘shop’. All orders above INR 2000 are free shipping.

Q. How much will I have to pay for the shipping of my order?
A. We charge a standard nominal fee of INR 50 on all orders below 2000/-.

Q. Will I be notified once the order is shipped?
A. Absolutely! We will email you the Air Way Bill (AWB) no. and the courier partner’s information for detail information. You can also get in touch with us at care@mamaandpeaches.com or call us on +91 9953502522 between 11 am and 8 pm from Monday to Friday.

Q. Can I opt for special packaging for the gift?
A. Oh YEAH! You can choose to get your gift box packaged in any of our signature boxes. Also, leave a message for us to hand-write to give your present a personalised touch.

Returns & Exchanges

Q. Do you accept return?
A. Mama & Peaches has a no questions asked hassle-free return and exchange policy. We would just like you to share your order number, the information of the product(s) and, an image of the product(s) you’d like to return or exchange to qualify for the procedure and fasten the process.

Q. How can I initiate a return or exchange?
A. To initiate a return or exchange for your order, get in touch with our mama servicing team at +91 9953502522 between 11 am and 8 pm from Monday to Friday or email us on care@mamaandpeaches.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
In case you wish to get a refund for a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 48 hours.

Q. In how many days can I expect the product(s) to be collected?
A. As soon as you initiate the request, we will assign an executive to collect the products from your shipping address registered with us. You can expect the collection to be made within 7 working days from the day of request.

Q. what condition should the product(s) be to qualify for a return/exchange?
A. The product must be in perfect condition with the labels and tags intact. Please note that we do not accept return or exchange requests for gift cards and individual products that came as a part of a box or pack/bundle. However, you can return or exchange an individual product if it came in a box/gift customized and curated by you.

Q. Can I return a product that is customized especially for me or my peach?
A. Yes, but only if it was damaged or defective. In such an event, we request you to get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving the product.All customised products otherwise are not applicable for returns/exchanges or refunds.

Q. What happens after I am eligible for a return or exchange?
A. After verification at our facility we will provide you a replacement for the same or credit the order amount to your Mama & Peaches wallet, as per your request. Replacement will not have any extra shipping charges.

Q. Can I self-ship the product(s) to quicken the process?
A. Yes, you can self-ship the product but make sure that the product(s) is or are dispatched within 2 working days after the request is initiated. Also, we request you to ensure that the products are packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit.

Q. Are there any exceptions for returns/exchanges?
A. We try our level best to serve you the best but stated below are a few exceptions wherein we will be unable to support returns:
– If a return request is raised after the lapse of the specified time frame (i.e. 15 days) in case of a normal product and 48 hours in case of a damaged/defective product.
– If the product was damaged after the delivery is made or damage caused by human error et cetera.
– In case a request is raised to return a customized product even when not damaged. Customized products are eligible for return only if they are damaged and not in usable condition.
– In case the product you wish to return does not have the original tag, packaging or label, complementing accessory et cetera that came with it.

In order to avoid all this inconvenience, we suggest that you do a thorough package check and do not accept any parcel that looks tempered.

Cancellations & Refund

Q. Can I raise a request for a refund for all my orders?
A. An order is eligible for a refund only if the product(s) receiver was damaged and/or defective.

Q. What if I want to cancel my prepaid order?
A. We hope you never have to do that. In case you still wish to cancel your prepaid order, we will refund the total amount in the same payment method via our trusted payment gateway within 5 to 7 working days. Please note that once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Q. Will I receive a full refund against my order?
A. Please note that you will only receive a refund for your base product. The shipping and the special packaging charges, if any, will not be refunded.

Q. Will I receive my refund in cash?
A. The refund is only made back to the same method of payment used while placing your order. We do not offer any cash refunds to avoid any malpractices.

Please note that the refund will only be processed after we receive the product in our facility and do a quality inspection of received goods.

Q. What if I do not receive my order at all?
A. We have never lost or kept any order in the air, but if that ever unfortunately happens, we will refund the order amount back to you.

Note: Mama & Peaches reserve the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that communication about the same is made within a reasonable span of time.

Terms & Conditions:
– Credit notes for any returns or exchanges will only be sent to the registered email address or the email address that was used to make the purchase with us.
– Replacements will be made basis the availability of the product. If we don’t have the replacement product, we will be happy to offer you’re a credit note or equivalent to the amount of the said product.
– Proportionate shipping will be refunded only if the event of exchange meets our conditions for a free return, i.e. a quality or wrongly delivered product.

Q. What is the price of the box?
A. Monthly boxes retail at 1999/- per month, quarterly and half yearly plans are also available.Subject to your choices you can save upto 70% on your box.

Q. Do I have to pay for the products I choose?
A. No, you pay for the plan you choose. The products included in customization are for choice and have no additional effect to your final billing amount . The Monthly boxes retail at 1999/ and the 3 and 6 month plans are upfront payment options with additional benefits and savings on the same box.

Q. Will I have to pay for the box every month?
A. Only if you wish to. To make it easier and hassle-free, you can opt for 3-months and 6-months subscription plan wherein you will have to pay once upfront and enjoy first access to the boxes every month until the plan expires.

Q. Can I customize my box?How many products can I choose?
A. Say YAY! You can now customize your very own Mama and Peaches box. Pick your category and proceed to customization and be spoilt for choice Voila you’re done! Each month you can choose atleast 5 or more products and pick a surprise/mystery product as well- after all whats a box without a surprise:)

Q. What do you mean by Monthly Boxes? Do you release new collections/products every month?
A. Every month we launch a new box with a new theme and an absolutely fresh collection of products for you to choose from. Access unique & amazing collection each time you visit us. New box is launched on the 25th of every month and subscribers get first access to customization.

Q. What all can I expect in terms of products to choose from for my box?
A. Our team of experts pick different (20-30) popular products each month for all the mamas and the peaches to make their life easier and happier. Fill us up with the details about yourself and your peach and you will be shown options based on your pregnancy stage/babies age. Tailored to a monthly theme and pregnancy stage/babies age, the product mix includes utilities, essentials, unique items ,keepsakes and pampering products that help you in your journey

Q. Can I gift a box/subscription to anyone?
A. Absolutely! You can gift a box or an entire plan to anyone you wish. Our most gifted plan is the 3 month subscription. You can choose to select the products yourself or leave it to us – its going to be awesome anyway. Do not forget to leave a gift message in your order notes at checkout. Q. Why am I asked to provide personal information like due date or baby’s birthday and name et cetera?
A. The monthly collections may include customized(where name initials/letters are required) products wherein such information is a must. Based on the information you provide we strive to show you the best possible combinations of products that help you wherever you are in your journey of Mamahood.Expect special discounts,surprises and freebies around your due date or peaches birthday.

Q. I am due anytime- which box should I select?
A. We showcase the important baby products in the mama- to – be category that you might need immediately after delivery.If you are looking for more baby products you should select the Mama & Baby category.

Q. What is a Select Member?
A. A select member is a mama who has subscribed for a 3/6 month plan with us to make her and the peach’s month better and enjoyable.She is entitled to select privileges and savings throughout her subscription. The membership and the privileges ends with the expiration of the subscription.

Q. What are the add-ons?
A. Add-ons are exclusive and discounted products that are available for you to add in your box at surprisingly slashed prices. You can save up to 70% on the add-ons with the purchase of your box.Add-ons include some of our most-loved products from past boxes and some of our new fave things that you can include with your Box order You have to subscribe in order to select add-ons, and they are only available for a limited time(25TH-5TH) so jump on them before they all go out of stock! Add-ons are not eligible for any returns or exchanges unless damaged. Add-ons come along with your boxes and therefore, no extra shipping charges are levied.

Q. Can I shop the add-ons at any time in the month?
A. You only get the privilege to shop the add-ons if you purchase a box or are a select member already. Add-ons are only available from 25th of a month to the 5th of the next month. For instance, the add-ons for the February box will be available from January 25 to February 5.

Q. If I choose to gift a 3 or a 6 month subscription, will I have to come back every month to chose the products ?
A. That’s totally your call- we understand you want your gift to be perfect so you can always select the products for every box. You can even chose to give access to the recipient to chose for herself or leave it to us – it’s going to be awesome anyway.

Q. How can I pay for the boxes?
A. We accept the following modes of payment :
– Credit cards – Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
– Net Banking – all major banks.
– Debit Carts – all major banks.
– Wallets-Paytm.
– Cash on Delivery.
All major International cards are also accepted

Q. Can I buy previous month’s box?
A. Each month the products on offer are unique,limited and exclusive in nature leaving us with less inventory of the same. However we do offer a range of pre-curated boxes (https://mamaandpeaches.com/shop/gift-boxes-gift/)that can be purchased from our shop.

Shipping Returns & Exchanges

Q. Will I have to pay extra shipping charges?
A. NO! Your subscription box is all you have to pay for. The shipping is on us.Anything you add from the “add ons” sale also is inclusive and has no extra shipping cost.

Q. Within how many days can I expect the delivery of my box?
A. ‘Good things take time’. We try to ship a typical box within 2-3 days of order and it may take up to 7 working days for it to reach your doorstep. If it is a gift,please leave an order note if you would want us to wait until a specific date.Your first box goes out immediately unless ordered before the 5 th of the month. We begin shipping the monthly boxes on 5 th of every month after the add-ons sale is closed.

Q. Do you offer express shipping and next day deliveries?
A. We offer express deliveries to a few select locations and even same day deliveries within Delhi/NCR at an extra cost. Please email us at care@mamaandpeaches.com or get in touch at 9953502522.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. No we do not-we are working on it.However if you’re abroad and want to send a gift box to someone in India, we will be pleased to serve you. We accept all international cards.

Q. Can I track my order’s shipment?
A. Yes. You will receive an update and a tracking ID on your order email once the box reaches your postal stream.

Q. Do you offer returns/exchanges? What if I receive a damaged/broken product?
A. No, we do not accept any returns or exchange requests for the monthly boxes or add-ons sale shop unless specified otherwise(in case of size changes etc). Though none of the mama has ever received a damaged or broken product so far, if due to any reasons you receive one, get in touch with us with images at care@mamaandpeaches.com or 9953502522. We are always there to help.

Q. What if I do not like this months collection?
A. It’s all good – we understand that you might have some things already or might not like few of the options. You can always email us at care@mamaandpeaches.com and skip or pause your subscription for that particular month. We are happy to help.

Q. Can I cancel my subscription? Am I eligible for a refund if I cancel my subscription mid-term?
A. Yes, you can. You can get in touch with us at …. to cancel your subscription at least 10 business days in advance in order to not receive the recurring box.
And, yes, you are eligible to a refund but in such a case you will be charged the entire amount based on the number of boxes you have received. For example- you take a 3 month plan and after your first box you decide to cancel, we will charge you with INR 1999 (original price) and the balance will be refunded. Please note that any discounts availed at the time of order will not be adjusted in refunds.
