Terms & Conditions:
- Credit notes for any returns or exchanges will only be sent to the registered email address or the email address that was used to make the purchase with us.
- Replacements will be made basis the availability of the product. If we don’t have the replacement product, we will be happy to offer you’re a credit note or equivalent to the amount of the said product.
- Proportionate shipping will be refunded only if the event of exchange meets our conditions for a free return, i.e. a quality or wrongly delivered product.
