CONCEPT OF THE BOX:

What is Mama & Peaches Box?

Mama & Peaches box comes loaded with a mindfully curated selection of five premium products up to or above the value of INR 3000. Pregnancy stage and age appropriate, the box caters to the routine needs and anticipated experiences of mama and her peach, with a monthly dose of surprise delivered to your doorstep. Each box is completely unique, ensuring every month’s box will be as exciting as the last!

Does everyone get the same box each month?

While there may be months where everyone receives the same box, most months will have multiple variations. The intent is to put a box in your hand that best represents your stage or your babies age. Sometimes the contents of the box may differ slightly from one subscriber to another–it’s part of the charm!

Are there box previews? Will I be able to know products in my box?

Who doesn’t love surprises! The idea is to create a feeling of surprise for the mama, so we try and leave the items unexplored. However, for a sneak peek follow us on Instagram and Facebook.

Can I select the products for my box?

We are a discovery box! Part of the excitement comes, from not knowing what you are going to receive each month. If you have a product you want to see in a future box, we’d love to hear about it. Email us at info@mamaandpeaches.com with your ideas.

ORDER & SHIPPING:

When can I expect my first shipment?

As they say good things come to those who are patient. We endeavour to ship your order within 2-3 working days of order placement. The typical delivery date shall be within 7 days of shipping.

Monthly subscriptions boxes in the first month are shipped immediately and the following month onwards, are shipped in the first week of the month.

For gift orders, your box will go out within 3- 5 business days of ordering. If you’d like us to wait to ship your gift until a specific date, leave special shipping instructions in the order notes or for more information on how this will work for your specific order, feel free to email us on info@mamaandpeaches.com or call on +917973103162.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not yet – but we are working on it!

Can I track my shipment?

Yes! You will be sent a tracking email when your box enters the postal stream

What if my box is returned by the shipping partner (due to incorrect address or non-deliverable location)?

We will contact you via email when we receive the returned box and will hold the box for you to claim within 14 days.

When is the cut off time for receiving one month’s box versus the next when ordering my box?

All orders placed by 11:59 PM on the last day of the month, will be for the current month’s box. Any orders placed at 12:00 AM on the 1st of the month, will start you with the new month’s box.

CANCELLATION:

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can only cancel your order by emailing us on info@mamaandpeaches.com – but only before your order is shipped.

What if there’s a problem with an item in my box?

SUBSCRIPTIONS:

How does a subscription to Mama & Peaches box work?

When you sign up for a “month-on-month” subscription, a box will arrive at your door each period starting with the month you sign up in. Subscriptions are available on CREDIT CARDS only. All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their cycle and can be canceled at any time by logging into your account and selecting “cancel subscription”. You can also reach out to any of our customer service outlets; email: info@mamaandpeaches.com or +917973103162 Be sure to cancel before the 5th of your billing month to avoid getting billed and shipped that current month’s box.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time when on a monthly plan and will avoid next month’s charges if cancelled before the next billing date. To cancel your subscription, first log in to your account. You’ll then see a “My Subscriptions” chart. Under the “Subscriptions” column, you’ll see your “Monthly Subscription” with a status of “Active.” The last column on the right-hand side is “Actions.” Under that “Actions” column, on the same row as your active subscription, click “Cancel Subscription.”

If you do not receive an automated cancellation notice or written confirmation from one of our team members, then that means that your subscription has NOT been cancelled. Please contact us if you are unsure if your subscription is active or suspended.

Is my credit card and personal information secure?

Absolutely. All payment and sensitive information provided through Mama and Peaches is protected with an encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Our site is PCI Compliant and is rigorously tested to ensure the utmost security.

GIFTING:

How do I give a gift?

Giving a gift is always a great idea! You can share your message with us, and we will include it in the box from you.

BILLING:

Is there an option of COD (cash on delivery)?

Yes, we offer a cash on delivery option.

Where can I find my billing details?

For one time orders, all transaction related information is shared via email. For subscriptions, please login to your client account and access your subscription details, on your profile.

How do coupons work?

It’s great that you found a coupon! Certain types of coupons apply to distinct types of orders. You may apply them on the payment/ checkout page.

Are there any hidden costs? Like shipping, taxes, fees etc.

No, the price you are charged is inclusive of shipping and all applicable taxes.
