Food Chart For 6 Months Baby

It is an incredibly amazing feeling for a mother when her baby starts his tour from breast milk to solid foods. By 6 months, a baby gets enough nutrients from the breast milk and also evolves digestive enzymes, which help in the digestion of foods. Now is the time to taste some new flavours!

Foods Likely to be Included in a 6-month-old Baby’s Diet

  • Fruits: Apple, Banana, Chikoo, Avocado, Papaya, Pear
  • Vegetables: Carrot, Potato, Sweet potato, Beans, Peas, Pumpkin
  • Dairy: Ghee (in moderation)
  • Lentils: Yellow Moong Dal, Toor Dal
  • Grains: Ragi, Rice, Semolina, Barley
  • Non-vegetarian: None
