Wallpaper Maintenance

Very easy to maintain wallpapers made from eco friendly material and colours.

Wipe the wallpaper with clean,dry cloth to remove dust particles

Dampen cloth with water can be used gently

Though the product is scratch resistant and made from durable material , do not scrub the wallpaper. It may tear the wallpaper


Installation

We recommend using local applicators for installation of wallpaper.The wallpaper comes with a how to install guide.

Before installation we strongly recommend

Repair any visible defects, smooth out bumps and patch holes to ensure your wall is smooth and even. Even smooth wall is critical.

We recommend to get 2 quotes of primer done before installation and make sure you give it few days to dry

Make sure the wall is clean with no dirt, dust or residues of old wallpaper

A perfectly clean wall will help with the adhesive backing to keep it’s stickiness

Shipping

• All orders would be dispatched within the stipulated time mentioned on the product page. Products that are mentioned to be ‘MADE TO ORDER or “PERSONALIZED” will take around 8 – 10 days to get dispatched.
• Shipping on all orders over the value of ₹999 is Free. For all orders below that amount a nominal shipping fee of ₹99 is charged.
  

Returns

• We offer 7 days hassle-free returns from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge.To initiate your return request Click Here
• Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
• Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn/used, a refund would not be provided.
• PLEASE NOTE REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AS STORE CREDIT ONLY. YOU WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH IS VALID FOR 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE.

• In case your return is declined due to a quality failed issue, a re-shipping fee of Rs.100/- will apply.
