• We offer free shipping for all “subscription box” orders. For orders of individual products placed on the “shop”, a nominal shipping fee is charged for the same.

• The total shipping charges for these orders vary between INR 50 and INR 100, and will be calculated at checkout (charges are based on, final weight and volume of the package to be delivered).

• You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 2-3 working days in major cities and 8-12 days for other locations as per your pin code.

Monthly subscriptions boxes in the first month are shipped immediately and the following month onwards, are shipped in the first week of the month.
For gift orders, your box will go out within 1-3 business days of ordering. Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier partner name is sent to you via email.Should you have any questions about your order dispatch, we’re just a quick email or phone call away

Returns & Exchange Policy:

Mama & Peaches has a no questions asked hassle free return and exchange policy. We might request you to share an image of your product/ s. For your order to qualify as a return or exchange:

  • To initiate a return get in touch with our customer service team on 9953502522 (between 11am – 8pm, Monday – Friday)   or email us on within 15 days of receipt of your order (48 hours for damaged and defective)
  • Once your return is initiated, our excutive will come and collect the products.
    That’s it! Your work is done !!.
  • Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with
  • Product must be in perfect condition
  • Products that are sold as packs/bundles cannot be returned as individual items.
  • In case you have chosen to curate your own box, the products can be returned individually and are eligible for exchange.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable
  • Packaging/Box charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
  • Please note personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.*
  • Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality
  • Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products in the form of store credit. Please note the shipping charge of Rs. 50 where applicable will not be refunded
  • For prepaid orders, in case of order cancellations or orders that go to abandoned cart, refund will be processed back to the same payment method via the payment gateway. Timeline for same would be 5-7 working days.
  • Once you have requested for a return/ exchange the product will be collected within 7 working days
  • If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised and packed securely to prevent any damage during transit
  • Special Instructions for The Subscription Box – The monthly Boxes are curated by our experts and unfortunately, we will not be able to replace the products in the box in the event that you do not like it. In the event of a product being damaged in transit, we will replace it, provided the issue is communicated to us within 24 hours of delivery of the Mama & Peaches Box.
         There are no returns and no refunds available on the boxes since these are discovery boxes.

  • Although we will try our level best to assure you a hassle free return, there are certain exceptions where it will be difficult to support returns as mentioned below:

    If the return request is made after the specified time frame (15 days from the date of delivery-48 hours for damaged and defective).

    Anything missing from the package like the price tag, accessories, labels, original packing, etc.

    Product is damaged due to misuse, physical damage or any other damage done by human error, etc.

    Any customer had requested and placed an order for Customized product, than replacement will be done only if the product is received in a Damaged or Defective condition.


The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
Mama & Peaches reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time

Please note: Once an order has been dispatched the order cannot be cancelled.

Terms and conditions

• Credit notes for any returns or exchanges will only be sent to the registered email address or the email address has been used to make the purchase

• Replacements will be offered based on availability of product. If we don’t have the replacement product, we’ll be happy to offer you a credit note or a refund

• Proportionate shipping will be refunded only if it meets our conditions for a free return i.e. a quality or wrongly delivered product
