1) SHIPPING CHARGES:
We offer Free shipping on all orders above the value of INR1999/-. For all orders below that amount a nominal shipping fee of INR50/- is charged.
2) TYPICAL DELIVERY TIMELINE:
All products on Mama & Peaches platform are packed with love and care. Expect your shipment to reach you within 7 to 15 working days depending on your location. However we understand certain gifts and packages may be urgent in nature and therefore offer the facility of “Express” shipping
3) EXPRESS SHIPPING:
In case you wish to opt for “express”delivery, you can simply chose the same during checkout or get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 9953502522 and well help you with the same. Express shipping is specific to certain pin codes and has an extra charge of INR300/-. You can view the applicable pincode list during checkout.
4) TIMING/DAY OF DELIVERY:
Our courier partners will deliver your parcel on weekdays Monday to Saturday (between 7:00am – 8:00 pm). We do not deliver on bank holidays or national holidays or state specific holidays. In this case you should expect your delivery the following working day.
NOTE : In exceptional circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, unfortunate accidents or unforeseen technical glitches, we may not be able to ensure timely delivery. We may require additional time and effort in such cases. However, we assure you that we will do our best to deliver your order at the earliest
5) TRACKING OF ORDER:
Once dispatched, Mamaandpeaches.com will send you an order dispatch confirmation email with the tracking ID of the courier it has been sent by.
6) EXCEPTIONAL CASES:
Mamaandpeaches.com reserves the right to not deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address – In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible. Also, incorrect information may lead to non-delivery of orders.
6) CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order online, assuming the order has not already been shipped. Please write to us at email@example.com to cancel your order. In the event of a cancellation, your payment will be returned to your account within 2 weeks.
EXCHANGE, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY :
Mama & Peaches has a no questions asked return policy.We work very hard to ensure that the highest quality standards are met, but if you are still unsatisfied with your order,we are happy to make things right for you.We have both exchange and return (store credit, refund to source – in prepaid orders, refund to bank account in COD) options available.Certain products may have a no return/exchange policy(subscription box, curated gift boxes,edibles, products of intimate nature etc) please read the return policy under each product before making the purchase.
Please note: Subscription boxes and Gift boxes are non returnable/exchangeable. In the event if there is any damage or manufacturing defect to the products inside the box (in such an instance please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel) we shall replace the same for you.
Please note: Products purchased during sale/discount/festive campaigns are not applicable for any return/exchange or refund, unless faulty.
1) RAISE REQUEST WITHIN 7/SEVEN DAYS
You must raise a return or exchange request by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Based on eligibility, either your parcel must be shipped by you or a reverse pickup will be taking place within 7 days of receiving the request.
2)REVERSE PICKUP OR SELF-COURIER
A. REVERSE PICK UP : We provide reverse pick up at select pin codes. In this case the parcel reaches back to us within 10-15 days owing to courier company policy. In case reverse pick-up is not done for any reason within 7 days of raising request (owing to courier company delay or any other reason) please email us at email@example.com
B. SELF-COURIER : In case reverse pick up is not valid at your pin code – you would need to courier back the parcel to us. Also, in case you wish to expedite an exchange or return we recommend this option as the parcel will reach us earlier than a reverse pick-up. Rs.100 store credit in the form of a coupon code shall be shared with you for self-couriering parcel which can be availed on your next purchase.
Please ensure below when couriering:
a) Ensure your order number, name, and phone number are clearly mentioned on the parcel
b) Ensure the parcel is shipped to us within 7 days of raising concern and tracking ID is shared with us. Please make sure to obtain proof of postage (with tracking information), as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
c) To be eligible for a return/exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging with tags intact.
3) RETURN OPTIONS
A. EXCHANGE: Once your return parcel is received via reverse pick-up or self-courier and inspected by our quality control team, an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and the exchange product requested by customer will be sent out. The customer can also opt for a store credit to utilise for purchase.
NOTE: Exchange is allowed once per order, on the exchanged order refund shall not be applicable. Store credit may be provided if applicable.
B. RETURNS: Following are the return/refund options the customer can chose from based on the payment method chosen by customer or what the customer prefers.
Option 1 : Store Credit ( Valid for COD & PAID ORDERS) : We provide a Credit note/Discount Code of the FULL AMOUNT which is valid for 3 months for your next purchase. Hence, customer can buy any other product available on the website against that store credit code within 3 months. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and validate the return.
Option 2 : Money back in PAID ORDERS – Debit card / Credit card transactions / Net Banking Refunds: The money will be refunded to the source (owing to shipping and handling charges), refund will reflect back to source within 7-14 bank working days from date of Mama & Peaches receiving back parcel and quality control team approving request.
Option 3 : Money back in CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS: The full money will be refunded to your bank account (owing to shipping and handling charges). The refund should reflect within7-14 bank working days from date of Mama & Peaches receiving back parcel and quality control team approving request.
Please note: FULL REFUND including any shipping/packaging/handling costs borne by customer will be refunded by Mama & Peaches in case of a manufacturing defect, damage in transit or a lost parcel at our end.
