Return & Exchange

At Mama & Peaches, we are committed to providing superior products and service to our customers. We take child safety very seriously and our top priority is making sure the products we sell are safe for your children.  The products listed are hard or impossible to verify if they have been used/tampered with after being delivered and hence we have a strict no return or exchange policy across the website. Due to most baby/kids products being personalized in nature any returns/exchanges are non acceptable.

We understand if you may have a genuine reason for an exchange or size exchange for certain products. For such cases please write to us at [email protected] and we will try to help you out as per the given case of exchange.

If your exchange request has been accepted the customer will have to self ship the product back to our office in New Delhi within 7 working days. The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging with tags intact. Once your returned product is received and inspected by our quality control team, an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and the exchange product requested by the customer will be shipped out.

Once a piece is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.If we are unable to exchange your product/size due to non -availability we shall issue a store credit in your wallet for the same which will be valid for 1 year for any future purchase on www.mamaandpeaches.com

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order online, assuming the order has not already been shipped. Please write to us at [email protected] to cancel your order. In the event of a cancellation, your payment will be returned to your account within 2 weeks. Orders cannot be cancelled if it has been processed for shipping.

Damaged/Lost Orders

Mama & Peaches takes complete responsibility for any shipped orders lost in transit. If you receive your order and it is damaged or defected (in such an instance please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel) we shall replace the same for you. Full refund will be initiated for such cases to your source of payment or in your wallet as per customers request. The same shall apply to cases of unfulfilled orders/lost shipments or any undelivered orders.

Refunds

As per company policy all refunds are processed in the wallet only. However certain exceptions like damages, lost orders etc where informed timely may be refunded to source. Any such refunds will take up to 2 weeks(after approval of refund) to reflect in your card/bank account. All wallet refunds will be credited instantly.
