Free Shipping applies to standard shipping orders over ₹999. For all orders below that amount a nominal shipping fee of ₹100/- is charged.
Is COD available ?
Yes we offer COD on most products excluding “made to order or personalised “ items.
COD is not applicable on orders above ₹15000.
Large sized items that must ship as freight such as cribs, nursing pillows, teepees/tents, loungers etc may have a separate delivery fee.
Each of the products sold have a different lead-time. Lead time refers to the number of days within which an item will be dispatched from our warehouse. This does not include the shipping duration taken by the courier to deliver the parcel to you. Please refer to the individual product pages for detailed information.
In the case of orders with more than 1 product, all products will either be shipped together or in parts depending on the vendor. We will inform you via email in the case that your order is being shipped in parts.
For orders being shipped together, the longest lead time for a product ordered is applicable to the entire order.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Shipping duration depends on location. The transit time for metros is generally 2-3 days while other destinations could take up to a week’s time to reach.
While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, Mama & Peaches cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.
What if my order arrives late?
We are very sorry if your order arrives late! Late arrivals are often due to problems the shipping company is experiencing (weather, truck problems, loss, etc.). If you paid for a faster shipping time outside of the standard shipping please contact our Customer Service Representative via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and concern.
How quickly will my order leave your warehouse?
In-stock and non-drop ship orders will be processed and shipped within two business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday. Normal office hours are Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm IST. However some products may take more time to ship (Please refer to product pages for shipping timeline). Personalised/Customised products have a lead time of 6-10 days depending on the ordered product.
When will I get tracking information on my package?
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 hours after your package has been picked up for tracking information to update.
I have received a partial order/damaged item or packet?
Kindly reach out to us at email@example.com for pilferage within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained.
How can I get my order delivered faster?
To get your order delivered faster, you can opt for EXPRESS delivery. It has an extra shipping charge of ₹300 per order and can only be shipped for PREPAID orders. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any such requests.
Shipment delays due to Covid-19
We are open for business but certain shipments may be delayed due to reinstatement of curfews and lockdowns across the country. Having offices and warehouses across different states and cities there may be delays beyond the shipping timelines mentioned across the website. Also, In order to maintain the protocols and keep you and our delivery agents safe, COD facility will remain unavailable until further assistance.

Any orders placed with us are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled unless otherwise specified on the same day of placing the same.
Any orders undelivered/cancelled due to delay or unavailability during this period shall be refunded to your wallet.
