If you receive a product that is wrong, defective, or the wrong size, don’t worry! Follow these simple steps to help us process your return or exchange quickly:
Step 1: Record a Video While Unboxing- Start recording before you open the parcel.
- Show all sides of the package and unpack the product in one go (no cuts or pauses).
- Highlight the issue clearly (wrong product, defect, or size mismatch).
- Snap 5 clear pictures of the product.
- Focus on the issue, whether it’s a defect, mismatch, or something else.
- Capture the product from different angles in good lighting.
Step 3: Share the Details

- Your Order ID.
- A brief explanation of the issue.
Important Notes
- Both the video and photos are mandatory for processing returns, refunds, or exchanges.
