  • Show all sides of the package and unpack the product in one go (no cuts or pauses).
  • Highlight the issue clearly (wrong product, defect, or size mismatch).
Step 2: Take Clear Photos
  • Snap 5 clear pictures of the product.
  • Focus on the issue, whether it’s a defect, mismatch, or something else.
  • Capture the product from different angles in good lighting.

Step 3: Share the Details

  • The video and photos.
  • Your Order ID.
  • A brief explanation of the issue.
