Returns Policy

 

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility: 

– Returns or exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery  
– Products must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging  

- Accessories such as innerwear, diapers, thermals, singlets, vests etc are not eligible for return/exchange

– Not eligible: Made-to-Order, Personalised, Clearance Sale items  

Products marked under clearance or governed by our standard no-return policy will remain final sale.

Refund Options:
We offer both Refund to original payment method and Store Credit as options. 

For COD orders the refund amount will be as store credit only.

– Store Credit: Issued immediately after your return is picked up. Validity:3 months
– Original Payment Method: Refund initiated post quality check (refunds can take upto 15 working days)

 Note: A ₹100 shipping & restocking fee is deducted for refunds to original payment mode

Cod/Partial Cod charges are non refundable.

Exchanges:
Exchange is free for size or product once per order  
– If your requested item is unavailable, you’ll receive store credit

Pickup & Processing:  
– Reverse pickup arranged within 2–3 business days 
- Incase of multiple failed attempts due to unavailability, you will be expected to ship the package back to us.
– In rare cases, you may be asked to self-ship; reimbursement of ₹100 will be provided
