  • Fruits: Apple, Banana, Chikoo, Avocado, Papaya, Pear
  • Vegetables: Carrot, Potato, Sweet potato, Beans, Peas, Pumpkin
  • Dairy: Ghee (in moderation)
  • Lentils: Yellow Moong Dal, Toor Dal
  • Grains: Ragi, Rice, Semolina, Barley
