Shipping & Returns
- We offer 7 days hassle-free returns from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge. To initiate your return request Click Here
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin-code.
- In case your exchange item is undelivered due to non-availability or any other consignees issue, a re-shipping fee of Rs.100/- will apply or the same amount will be deducted for issuing a coupon code for the same.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn/used, a refund will not be provided.
- PLEASE NOTE REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AS STORE CREDIT ONLY. YOU WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH IS VALID FOR 3 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE.

- Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to accessories, vests, washcloths, gift baskets,keepsakes, playmats and play gyms. Mama & Peaches may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
- Returns are unacceptable on Gift cards, personalized products or made-to-order products like furniture, wallpapers and bundles/set boxes.
- In case of any damage or defect, the same must be informed within 2 days from the date of delivery.
- In case your return is declined due to a quality failed issue, a re-shipping fee of Rs.100/- will apply.
- Exchange of product is allowed only once after a purchase.

- All orders would be dispatched within the stipulated time mentioned on the product page. Products that are mentioned to be ‘MADE TO ORDER or “PERSONALIZED” will take around 8 – 10 days to get dispatched.
- The normal delivery time is 4 – 7 days from the date of dispatch.
- The shipment tracking details will be sent to your mail and whatsapp along with the name and contact of the delivery partner.
- Tracking details would be updated roughly within 24 hours from dispatch.
- In case of any delay in delivery by the courier partner, the management is not liable but we will definitely help expedite and track down your package.

- The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
- In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail firstname.lastname@example.org with details/images of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
- Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
